I have been very impressed with what the folks at Tricastmedia have been doing….Those guys are enablers of a great mobile experience via their UI technologies for Java ME…
They have a number of products such as a very sexy mail client, and other, all based on their UI technology, but it is their UI technology TWUIK what caught my eye.
During JavaOne they will be launching a number of mockups that show the power of their UI technology; mockups for Nokia Widsets, Microsoft ZenZui, Yahoo GO and Apple iPHONE… Check TWUIK in action (the mockups)

I do have a question, perhaps an observation… TWUIK looks like very SVGish… with the coming of SVG support in Java ME via JSR 226, is such JSR a threat for TWUIK?
I would like to get my hands on a copy of TWUIK… I also hope it doesn't require “development tools” besides and SDK to build against… and it would be great if they had a plug-in for NeatBeans…
