The Nokia Web Browser is industry standards compliant, with support for:

• HTML 4.01, XHTML 1.0, including image maps, frames, background images, <meta> and <object> tags;
• CSS 1, 2, 3 (partially), including external style sheets;
• DOM 1, 2;
• SVG-Tiny;
• JavaScript 1.5.

The browser supports plug-ins for SVG-T, audio, and video.
