JTWI (JSR 185) Maintenance Review

For those of you who follow the progress and changes of Java Specifications for Java ME, a new maintenenace release for Java Technology for the Wireless Industry (JTWI) Specification (JSR 185) has been published. Changes are very few, and specific to security.
