Now that I'm using Nokia handsets (for personal use vs. dev) more than what I used to do, I cracked open Michael Yuan's book Nokia Smartphone Hacks. Michael and the rest of the contributors did a good job compiling a large number of tips into a single volume.

The book is full of tips (hacks) that are not easily found else where, or are spread out on the Web. Note that this book is not a development or programming book (like Michael's other books), but it is about how to use and maximize your Nokia handset to its fullest extend. The book is for anyone who owns a Nokia handset, and would like to learn more about the handset. Tips include a little bit of everything: from choosing a plan, to getting connected, cables, making calls, synchronizing with your PC, and using handset features such as configuring the UI, using the micro-browser, email and multimedia.
