Correct me if I'm wrong sir, whenever we inquire to a certain provider, for example i will inquire my remaining balance in SMART and the code needed to be sent should be ?1515 then send it 214. Whenever the server of SMART accepted that message of mine, it will be processed then the server (database) will reply to me my remaining balance.
