		<description>I really want to see flat rates (and indeed have flat rates for data on both of my phones), but the assertion that they will increase revenues is a bit incomplete.  There&#039;s going to be a point at which the revenues will start going down with increased use.

I&#039;m not convinced that AT&amp;T is making money off of the iPhone.  Sure, no subsidies, but they are giving up $11 per month to Apple and are cleverly shipping out stupidly designed phone bills.  The flat rate plus the iPhone are stimulating use, but perhaps too much.</description>
