Great MobileMonday Austin Feb 2009 – thanks to our sponsors and speakers
Last Monday Feb 23rd we had our MobileMonday Austin meeting. The topic was “Rich Local Applications and Applications Stores”. The meeting started with David Gill of Nielsen Mobile who gave an excellent presentation on industry metrics on mobile applications and usage. This was followed by Dr. Michael Yuan of Ringful who covered iPhone applications and app stores, followed by Andrew Donoho of DDG who covered technology strategy and the iPhone.
It was a very good meeting, with tons of great info, all possible thanks to our sponsors and speakers: the Austin Wireless Alliance (AWA), Motive/Alcatel-Lucent, Ringful, Nielsen Mobile and the Donoho Design Group, and of course, to everyone who attended.
