Yes on JagTag (and similar). JagTab appears to be  introducing their own visual tag as well.

		<description>I&#039;m not sure if that will ever happen for the majority of devices, but it will be interesting to see how it evolves. In the meantime, there is a company who is doing barcode interaction via MMS, so no downloaded application or data plan. http://www.jagtag.com/</description>
